DELIVERY POLICY — STUART’S FARMING (BARBADOS) 

 

Delivery Times 

When you order from Stuart’s Farming, delivery time depends on your location in Barbados and product availability. An order confirmation is sent after purchase. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (check spam/junk), contact us at orders@stuartfarming.com 

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is scheduled/out for delivery, we’ll send a delivery update with an estimated delivery window via email, phone call or whatsapp. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframe 

Delivery within Barbados typically takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation (route and availability dependent). During peak demand, adverse weather, or supply constraints, delivery may take longer. 

Business Days 

Business days are Monday to Saturday. 

Sundays and Barbados public holidays are not counted as delivery days. 

Delivery Areas 

We deliver across Barbados (subject to route coverage). If your address is outside our current delivery routes, we will contact you to arrange an alternative (rescheduled delivery or pickup, where available). 

Delivery Fees 

Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch. 

Order Changes 

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [EMAIL] or [PHONE/WHATSAPP]. Orders may not be changed once packed or dispatched.
