REFUND & RETURNS POLICY — STUART’S FARMING (BARBADOS)
All Sales (Change of Mind)
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect selection by the customer (including quantity or preference)
- failure to collect/receive an order at the agreed time
- normal variation in size, colour, ripeness, or appearance of fresh farm produce
Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of fresh produce once delivered or collected.
Faulty / Incorrect / Not as Described
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Barbados consumer law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly damaged on delivery, missing, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy (which may include replacement depending on the circumstances).
How to Report an Issue
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery/collection and provide:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos (where applicable)
